It is my pleasure to introduce myself as Rylee Ruegger, the creator of The Be Nice Program. Due to my experience of bullying twice now, I am passionate about raising awareness about bullying as well as promoting self-respect. My struggle led me to realize that one of the most critical things I needed was to be able to value myself. Miss America provides me with the opportunity to do so. In addition to sharing my stories, I can demonstrate to others that hats are so much more than just sparkly hats. PACER'S NATIONAL BULLYING PREVENTION CENTER
We have been blessed to have been partnered with PACER's NBPC for more than three years now. Since these are the sources that guided me, this partnership holds a special place in my heart. A number of tools and resources are provided by this organization in order to eliminate bullying. I am pleased to inform you that The Be Nice Program has once again been selected as a Champion Against Bullying for the 2022 calendar year.
